Express Employment Professionals is partnering with licensed general contractor based in Seneca, South Carolina, serving the Upstate region and beyond. Founded in 2008- the company specializes in water and wastewater facility construction, maintenance, and operations
Perform routine vehicle maintenance and minor repairs on construction equipment and trailers.
Manage shop organization, cleanliness, and overall safety of shop grounds.
Load/unload, store, and track materials and deliveries for multiple jobs.
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, consumables, PPE, and hydration supplies.
Oversee check-in/check-out process for small tools and equipment; update crews on availability.
Deliver tools, equipment, or materials to job sites as needed.
Operate forklifts and shop equipment to move materials.
Maintain accurate maintenance records in company software (Monday.com).
Monitor shop security, including security cameras.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Mechanical experience with vehicle and equipment maintenance preferred.
Ability to operate forklifts and basic shop equipment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver’s license required
