Salary: $65K-$68K, depending on exp

We are currently recruiting for a mid-level Bookkeeper for our client in Surrey (Bear Creek Park area). This is a Full-Time role covering a Maternity Leave. The Maternity leave is currently set for January 2026 to August 2027.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping & reconciliations
• Proficient with Sage 50
• Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments
• Excellent communication skills: written & verbal
• Employment References & Triton Background checks will be conducted upon further consideration of a candidates

Duties:

• Manage A/P and A/R functions
• Perform bank reconciliations & process deposits
• Handle EFT payments (via Telpay) & follow-up on past-due accounts
• Record COGS monthly journal entries
• Process employee expense reimbursements
• Prepare equipment purchase invoicing
• Support credit card payments & reconciliations
• Data entry of vendor invoices (via E-Automate)
• Prepare & file PST & EHT returns
• Track & manage credit memos
• Prepare donation letters, assist with sponsorship & donation recordkeeping
• Provide support with commissions: review & verify amounts
• Assist with payroll data entries
