Key Responsibilities:

• Entering orders by fax and phone to meet daily deadlines
• Managing customer accounts, from orders to service concerns
• Assisting with daily salt calls and processing orders for accounts
• Providing backup support for the inside sales representative when needed
• Creating Excel spreadsheets as required

• Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm schedule
