Location: Eugene, Springfield, Junction City, Coburg, Cottage Grove, and occasionally Florence
Schedule: Flexible; shifts typically 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 4:00 PM, depending on the job
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Start Date: ASAP

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Blind Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to residential and commercial locations to install window blinds and ensure proper fit and functionality. This is a great position for someone who enjoys hands-on work, flexible scheduling, and working in a variety of environments.

Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of window blinds accurately and efficiently

• Measure windows to ensure proper placement and fit

• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each job site

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order

• Travel between job sites within the service area

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and installation practices

• Ability to lift, carry, and work on ladders as needed

• Reliable transportation to reach job sites

• Strong attention to detail and customer communication skills
