Quality Control Technician
Location: Santa Paula, CA
Pay: $20 per hour 
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, day shift

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Quality Control Technician to join a growing manufacturing and warehouse team. This role is responsible for inspecting finished products, testing equipment, and ensuring all items meet quality standards before shipment. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with tools, and maintaining high standards, this position could be an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and test products to verify they meet required specifications

• Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges

• Record and report inspection results, communicating any needed adjustments

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to resolve issues

• Identify and troubleshoot quality concerns efficiently

• Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing

• Ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
