Salary: $17-$21.00

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Collect and process in bound orders
  • Build and maintain communications with customers
  • Handle incoming sales & customer service calls
  • Order processing & invoicing
  • Tracking shipments
  • Solution Oriented/ a proactive problem solver
  • Other administrative duties

 

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years (recent) Customer Service & Client Services experience
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Internet Savvy (company website)
  • Computer Literate, Proficient in MS-Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Good multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Must possess great communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Good follow up and follow through skills
  • Great organization & time management skills
  • Articulates information that can be easily understood by customers, co-workers and vendors
