Ready to lead with purpose and keep production flowing? We’re looking for a Weekend Shift Manager to oversee operations on our manufacturing floor. This role is all about building a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our aerospace parts meet top-notch quality standards. Fri - Sun 5:30am to 6pm. (If OT then on Thurs.)
Lead by example and inspire your crew
Keep production goals on track while maintaining safety & quality
Develop team leaders and foster growth
Spot opportunities for process improvements and act on them
5+ years in management/supervision
6–10 years in manufacturing/processing (aerospace experience a plus!)
Strong knowledge of chemical processing & lean manufacturing
Skilled communicator with sharp problem-solving abilities
Respectful, accountable, and committed to excellence
