Responsibilities

• Processing inbound calls from internal and external customers
• Providing customer support for medical devices and consumer electronics
• Researching information requests
• Data entry

 

Requirements

• Medical device and or logistics industry experience
• Previous office-based customer service experience
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• College degree a benefit but not mandatory
• Professional, positive and friendly personality
• Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook ability
