We're hiring a Cable Technician for a leading low-voltage cabling and infrastructure company specializing in network, voice, data, and fiber installations. 

 

Position Summary:

The Cable Technician will support the installation of structured cabling systems for commercial and industrial projects. This role involves pulling, routing, labeling of low-voltage cable under the supervision of lead technicians.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull, route, and organize CAT5e, CAT6, coax, and fiber-optic cabling

• Assist with cable terminations, testing, and labeling

• Install cable pathways, J-hooks, conduits, and support structures

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow instructions from lead technicians and project managers

• Use basic hand and power tools safely and properly

• Adhere to company and job site safety protocols

• Transport tools and materials as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cabling, construction, or related field preferred (but not required)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet for extended periods

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and cable pulling techniques

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if required)
