We have been asked by a client in Carmel, IN to help them find a Quality & Production Support Technician.
In this role you will support quality inspections, assist with production and shipping tasks, and help maintain accurate inventory to ensure smooth operations in a growing specialty manufacturing environment.

Pay, Hours, and Benefits

• Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What will you do as a Quality & Production Support Technician?

• Conduct final quality inspections to ensure product accuracy and compliance
• Pick and prepare orders for same-day shipping when required
• Assemble hardware products and prepare production orders for shipment
• Safely handle materials to support warehouse and production operations
• Assist with receiving shipments and maintain accurate inventory records

What qualifications will you have as a Quality & Production Support Technician?

• Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Familiarity with common hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Strong attention to detail for inspections and order accuracy
• Ability to count, track, and manage inventory accurately
• Capable of following written work instructions
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a full 40-hour week
• Team-oriented with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Prior experience in warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required
