Project Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are a growing flooring company seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you’re a proactive problem-solver who enjoys interacting with customers and managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision, we’d love to hear from you.

Pay Range -$15/ Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee flooring installation projects from start to finish
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers in the showroom to help with Sales, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors and material deliveries
• Solve problems on-site and make decisions independently when needed
• Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Prepare materials for installation projects
• Use the company-provided vehicle to travel between job sites as necessary

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Capable of working independently with minimal instruction
• Effective problem-solving skills in dynamic work environments
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Previous experience in construction, flooring, or project coordination is a plus, but not required
