Express Employment Professionals is looking for a detail-driven and dependable Human Resources Specialist to support a local company while covering a maternity leave. This role is perfect for someone with HR experience or a recent HR graduate ready to roll up their sleeves and build real-world skills in recruiting, onboarding, and payroll.

Pay: 22.00–25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (30-40 hours per week)
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Position Requirements

• HR experience preferred, or completion of HR-related coursework
• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
• Ability to process payroll accurately and maintain confidential records
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with general office software and HR systems
• Reliable, professional, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
• Must participate in Express Employment Professionals’ drug screening program
