We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Representative to play a critical role in our Corporate Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing and expense control. What You’ll Do
Review, verify, and accurately post all invoices to QuickBooks with correct coding
Schedule and process approved payments (check, online, credit card) and record them precisely.
Maintain accurate vendor records, including collecting necessary tax information (1099s).
Reconcile monthly credit card statements and proactively resolve vendor inquiries.
Assist in building new workflows as the company transitions from QuickBooks Desktop to Online.
What We’re Looking For
Proven 2+ years of experience in a dedicated Accounts Payable role
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and the full AP process.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and support process changes (system conversion/workflow building).
Exceptional attention to detail and professional communication abilities.
