We’re seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to support a busy operations team in Grapevine, TX. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and genuinely enjoys helping customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally answer and route all incoming phone calls
• Accurately enter customer orders received by phone or electronically
• Greet and assist walk-in customers placing orders
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding logistics, pricing, inventory updates, or other order-related challenges
• Prepare and submit customer quotes
• Provide administrative support to the location as needed
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation

 

What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years of customer service experience (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service focus and professional demeanor
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
• High accuracy and speed in data entry
• Competent math skills (ex: converting square feet to square yards)
• Strong computer proficiency across multiple platforms
