The Biltmore holiday season is world-famous — and now you can be part of it! We’re hiring Sales & Cashier Associates for several Carriage House retail shops. This is a guest-facing role perfect for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who love helping visitors create lasting memories.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist guests with purchases

• Operate POS systems and handle transactions

• Restock small merchandise items

• Create a warm, welcoming shopping experience

• Support store team members during peak holiday crowds

What You Need

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs

• A positive attitude and strong sense of ownership

• Flexible availability (weekdays, weekends, and possible late evenings)

Required Attire 

For Men:

• Vest and button-down dress shirt - provided by Biltmore

• All black shoes (comfortable walking shoes recommended)

For Women:

• Button-down dress shirt and jacket - provided by Biltmore

• All black shoes (tennis shoes encouraged for comfort)
