Join the magic of the holiday season at The Biltmore! We are hiring Stock Room Associates to support several Carriage House retail shops during one of the busiest and most beautiful times of the year.
This role is perfect for self-motivated, organized individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working behind the scenes to make the guest experience exceptional.
Restock merchandise throughout the day
Maintain inventory organization and cleanliness
Support multiple store locations within the Carriage House
Move, lift, and stage products as needed
Work with a sense of urgency and ownership to keep shelves full for guests
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift 40 lbs
Reliable, self-directed, and efficient
Strong sense of organization and time management
Comfortable working flexible shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
Biltmore-provided logo shirt
Khaki pants (no holes)
All black shoes (tennis shoes recommended – lots of walking!)
