Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent

Pay: Base Pay $15/hr ---Total Expected Compensation: $45,000-$100,000 depending on commission

Location: Mesquite, TX

Schedule: 8am-5pm (M-F)

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate is a motivated salesperson with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, walk-ins, referrals, and lead follow-up

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options

• Present, quote, and close insurance policies in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and sales activity

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience (insurance experience is a plus)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with CRM or sales systems

• High school diploma or equivalent required
