Positions :
-Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (2 spot available)
-Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (2 spot available)

Requirements:

• Certification: Must have a valid Hawaii CNA certification.
• Minimum 6 months of recent CNA expereince 
• Health Checks: 2-step TB test, annual physical, and COVID vaccination.
• Screening: Drug screening.
• Availability: Open availability within your preferred shift (day, evening) 
• Performance & Attendance: The facility reserves the right to end the contract based on individual performance and attendance.
• Federal FingerPrint
