Maintenance Helper

Key Responsibilities

• Lift at least 50 lbs safely in a warehouse environment

• Sweep, mop, and clean warehouse floors to keep all areas clear of debris

• Empty trash and recycling; replace liners and maintain waste stations

• Disinfect work areas, equipment, and high-touch surfaces

• Move pallets, supplies, and materials as needed to complete cleaning tasks

• Clean and sanitize refrigerators, coolers, and storage rooms

• Break down and remove cardboard; maintain organized waste/cardboard areas

• Operate floor scrubbers, vacuums, forklifts, and other cleaning equipment

• Perform deep cleaning of walls, drains, floors, dust collector rooms, and other production areas

• Remove cobwebs and clean high corners, ceilings, and hard-to-reach spaces

• Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and chemical-handling procedures

• Report maintenance needs, safety concerns, or equipment issues to supervisors

• Maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good working condition
