Civil Engineering ACADD Operator / CAD Operator

Located in Bridgewater, NJ

Salary: $30-35/hr

We are looking for a Civil Engineering ACADD Operator for an immediate hire opportunity in Bridgewater, NJ! A well established civil engineer is looking for an experienced CAD operator for a long term opportunity.

 

Schedule:

• 8:00am - 5:00pm;
• Monday - Friday

• $30-35/hr (or based on experience)

 

Responsibilities:

• Use specialized software to create technical drawings for commercial/corporate/residential projects
• Work closely with civil engineers, architects, and other professionals to develop and refine designs.
• Modify existing drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders and ensure the final plans are accurate and compliant.
• Translate technical specifications, design notes, and survey data into professional, visual representations.
• Maintain accurate and organized files and documentation of all design processes and revisions

 

Qualifications:

• Previous Civil Engineering and/or CAD Operator experience
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and understand civil drafting standards and practices.
• Strong skills in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• High level of accuracy and precision in creating technical drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address design issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
