Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Employment Specialist to support all three staffing divisions:

✔ Skilled Trades (technicians, welders, machinists, maintenance, etc.)

✔ Office Services / Administrative (admins, CSR, accounting support, HR, customer service)

✔ Generalist / Light Industrial (warehouse, production, logistics, labor, forklift)

This is an on-site business role, not a corporate HR or talent acquisition job.
As an Employment Specialist, you will combine recruiting, inside sales, business development, customer service, and staffing coordination, helping both local companies and job seekers succeed.

🔍 Job Responsibilities

Recruiting Across All Divisions

• Interview, screen, and onboard candidates for Skilled Trades, Administrative, and General Labor roles
• Post jobs, source applicants, and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Evaluate skills, work history, and job compatibility
• Match candidates to the right employers quickly and accurately

Inside Sales & Business Development

• Make outbound calls to hiring managers and decision makers
• Market top candidates with MPC (Most Placeable Candidate) calls
• Support new and existing client relationships
• Qualify job orders and provide workforce solutions
• Help businesses staff key roles across multiple industries

Staffing & Coordination

• Fill job orders with urgency
• Set up interviews and start dates
• Ensure excellent candidate and client experience
• Document all activity in our staffing system

🧩 Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Customer service, sales, staffing, HR, Skilled Trades, or office experience helpful
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, and typing (40+ WPM ideal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
