Reports to: Service ManagerHours: 40-45 hours, Monday through Friday; emergency service on-call hours as needed
Job SummaryThe Sales and Service Representative will manage all aspects of product sales and equipment service in a defined region, serving as the primary contact for customers and distributor sales representatives. Responsibilities include ensuring sales growth through account penetration and new customer acquisition, as well as equipment installation, preventative maintenance, and emergency service calls. The position is based out of the Janesville main office and home office.
