Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (over time required)

Pay Rate: Between $20.00 to $25.00 based on experience. 

 

Position Summary:

The Team Lead coordinates workflow, supports team members, and ensures operational standards are met. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Guide and support associates with daily tasks.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and company policies. 
• Assist in training new employees and cross training staff.
• Communicate priorities, goals, and assignments.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and quality. 
• Report operational issues or performance concerns. 
• Perform tasks alongside the team when needed.
• Maintain a professional and constructive work environment. 

Requirements:

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, professional, and team oriented.
• Ability to uphold productivity and quality standards. 
• Attend all daily team meetings.
