Responsibilities:

• Work on internal and external projects in various capacities

• Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis through implementation

• Lead cross-functional teams and provide project direction

• Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, and budgets

• Apply project management methodologies to ensure successful outcomes

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, and success metrics

• Conduct business process modeling and identify areas for improvement

• Implement project management best practices and ensure process adherence

• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies

• Coordinate with internal and external partners to meet milestones

• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required)

• Proven experience managing complex projects from start to finish

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

• Experience with business process modeling and analysis

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

• PMP certification preferred, but not required

• Minimum 5 years of related experience (preferred)
