Set up, operate, and monitor rubber molding machines (injection, compression, transfer molding, etc.).
Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime.
Follow all safety and environmental regulations, including PPE use and housekeeping.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Assist with inventory management and material handling.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
