NOW HIRING – Press Brake Set Up Operator

We are looking to hire a Press Brake Set Up Operator in the Markle, IN area. Pay is $16-$18/hr with 2nd Shift  available.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up all department equipment and consistently meet or exceed production standards

• Perform equipment set ups using knowledge of tooling, machine capabilities, and adjustments

• Assist engineering and management in troubleshooting production and quality processes

• Use and maintain personal hand tools for machine operation, set up, and adjustments

• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area while following all safety rules

• Follow quality system requirements, error prevention, waste reduction, and SPC systems

Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and arithmetic

• Manufacturing and machine set up experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality

• Consistent work history
