We have been asked by a Manufacturing client in Fishers to help them find an Industrial Paint Technician. In this role you will prepare surfaces, apply industrial coatings using HVLP spray equipment, and maintain a safe and organized paint shop environment.

Pay, Hours, and Benefits

• Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire, full-time
• Benefits: Competitive benefits offered upon permanent hire

What will you do as an Industrial Paint Technician?

• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing contaminants and ensuring cosmetic readiness
• Apply primers and enamel paints using HVLP spray equipment with consistent quality
• Maintain paint guns and related equipment for optimal performance
• Keep the paint shop clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to support material handling needs
• Follow industrial safety protocols when working with paints, solvents, and hazardous materials
• Wear respirators and PPE for extended periods as required
• Perform physically demanding tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs

What qualifications will you have as an Industrial Paint Technician?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience applying industrial coatings in a manufacturing environment
• Proven knowledge of enamel paint systems: surface prep, masking, mixing, and application
• Strong understanding of HVLP spray equipment setup, adjustment, cleaning, and maintenance
• Forklift and pallet jack operation experience
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety best practices
