Leasing Agent / Leasing Consultant

A local property management company is seeking an experienced Full-Time Leasing Agent with Yardi experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who is comfortable handling leasing, resident inquiries, and administrative duties in a fast-paced property management environment.

Duties

• Greet prospective and current residents and provide excellent customer service
• Conduct property tours and explain available units, amenities, and lease terms
• Process rental applications, leases, renewals, and related paperwork
• Enter and maintain accurate resident and leasing information in Yardi
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries
• Follow up with prospective residents and assist with leasing activities
• Maintain accurate records and assist with general property management tasks
