Leasing Agent / Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Leasing Agent to support a busy residential property management team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, touring prospective residents, coordinating applications, and ensuring smooth move-in experiences. Candidates should be organized, outgoing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced leasing environment.

Job Duties

• Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours and answering questions
• Explain leasing options, rental terms, and community amenities
• Process applications, run background checks, and verify documentation
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, leads, and leasing activity
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewal paperwork
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections
• Respond to resident inquiries and support property management team as needed
• Assist with marketing efforts, posting vacancies, and updating listings
