Structural Auto Body Technician (Frame and Body Repair Specialist)

Join a tight-knit, family-owned auto body shop where your craftsmanship truly makes an impact! In this role, you’ll take on hands-on structural repairs, rebuilding, welding, and restoring vehicle bodies from the ground up while working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform structural auto body repairs including frame work, panel replacement, and welding
• Repair and replace bumpers, quarter panels, and other body components
• Remove dents, fill cracks, and restore vehicle body integrity
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components with precision and care
• Work on multiple vehicles simultaneously while managing time effectively
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards using factory parts (no aftermarket work)
• Collaborate with a small, experienced team to complete jobs efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in structural auto body repair, frame work, and welding
• Ability to build and repair a vehicle’s structural body from the ground up (think: assembling a frame like a Lego set)
• Proven experience with panel work and frame straightening
• Ability to hit the ground running-no training provided
• Stable work history (frequent short-term roles are not a fit)
• Focus strictly on body repair-no diagnostics, maintenance, or detailing required
