Shift: 1st Shift — 8:00am–5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)Fridays: 8:00am–3:00pmOvertime: Available as neededPay: $17/hour + performance-based perksType: Evaluation to HireLocation: Muskegon, MI
Perform small-parts assembly and finishing work using handheld tools.
Make precise adjustments and fine-detail cuts or refinements on parts according to set specifications.
Inspect components for accuracy, uniformity, and quality.
Maintain a steady production pace while upholding high detail standards.
Keep your workstation clean, organized, and production-ready.
Work collaboratively with a friendly, energetic team in an active, modern facility.
Individuals with strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Experience working with small or intricate components (e.g., assembly, electronics, dental products, hairstyling, crafting, or similar).
People who can balance speed and precision in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable team players who take pride in producing clean, consistent work.
Ability to stand for full shifts and follow detailed instructions.
