Health claims company in Ft Worth is needing an Appeals Representative to join their team!

 

The Appeals Representative is responsible for addressing provider inquiries and appeals via email, fax, telephone, or written correspondence.

 

Shift: Mon-Fri, 9a-6p

 

Pay: $17-$18/hr

 

Job Duties: 

• Reviews, analyzes, and completes appeals 
• Ability to interpret provider appeals and apply analytical thinking skills
• Customer Service in a fast-paced call center type environment

 

Ideal Candidate: 

• 3+ years' experience as an appeals representative, medical coding or medical billing
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Facility, healthcare or hospital background
