Job Duties: 

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery including motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLC - Controlled equipment. 
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability 
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns in timely, professional manner 
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
• Install, adjust, and commission industrial machinery and components as needed 
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and parts usage reports
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards 
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members regarding equipment status and repair recommendations 
• Travel to customer sites 
• Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience 
• 2+ years of fabrication/welding experience 
• Valid drivers license
• High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or industrial maintenance degree a plus 
• Able to use hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
• Able to stand, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds 
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Familiarity with PLCs, automation systems, and controls 
• Troubleshooting experience preferred
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams 
• Able to work in an industrial environment - heat, noise, confined spaces when needed 

Work Schedule: 7am to 3pm Monday - Friday
