Shipping and Receiving Associate | 1st shift

Salary: $19/hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Associate for a reputable manufacturing company in the Dubuque area. This role requires prior shipping/receiving experience, forklift, and strong computer skills.

Hours: 7:30 am-3:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
• Stage, load, and execute outgoing shipments safely and efficiently
• Accurately unload and verify all inbound products
• Communicate any delays, shortages, or issues with production, purchasing, and planning teams
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Use computer systems (JDE) daily to process orders, receipts, and inventory transactions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior shipping/receiving experience required
• Comfortable using computer systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain a fork truck license
• Strong communication, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift, unload, and move materials as needed
