Overview:
Express Employment is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales of automotive adhesives and build strategic partnerships with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to achieve sales targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, including OEMs and industrial clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and grow sales.

• Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and track sales performance.

• Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to meet customer requirements.

• Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Materials Engineering, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years Experience in sales preferably in automotive and adhesive industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of adhesive properties, compatibility testing and quality processes

Requirements & Skills:

• Ability to travel frequently and visit customer sites.

• Valid Driver's License required.

• Customer-focused, adaptable, and professional.

• Technical understanding to explain products to engineers and procurement teams.
