QC Laboratory Technician

Description:
Express Employment is seeking a Laboratory Technician for a manufacturing facility in Morrison, TN. The technician will perform testing on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications. This role supports production and quality teams by preparing samples, operating lab equipment, and documenting results accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform physical and chemical tests such as viscosity, hardness, tensile strength, and adhesion testing.
• Prepare and label samples according to standard procedures.
• Record test data and communicate results to supervisors or production staff.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab instruments.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized laboratory.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or laboratory coursework preferred.
• Prior lab, quality control, or manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Ability to follow instructions, document results, and work with precision instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
