Location: Spartanburg, SC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22–$26/hr to start + 15% commission on customer-approved recommended treatments

About the Role

Our client, a trusted and family-owned pest control company in Spartanburg, is seeking a reliable and motivated Service Technician to join their team. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, interacting with customers, and staying active throughout the day. No experience is required—full training is provided!

What You’ll Do

• Work both inside and outside residential and commercial properties

• Inspect, treat, and prevent pest activity using company-provided equipment and training

• Crawl under homes and buildings when needed to perform inspections and treatments

• Work in all types of weather while maintaining safety and quality standards

• Communicate clearly with customers and recommend additional services when appropriate

• Drive a company vehicle, which you are allowed to take home each day

• Maintain accurate service notes and follow all safety and regulatory guidelines

What You’ll Need

• Valid Driver’s License

• Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

• Ability to lift, crawl, kneel, and work outdoors in varying conditions

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

• Willingness to learn and follow detailed training procedures
