Food Manufacturing Assembly Line Worker

Join our established food manufacturing team! We're seeking dedicated individuals to work in our state-of-the-art bottling facility. This is an excellent entry point into the food manufacturing industry with opportunities to learn multiple production processes.

Your Role

• Equipment Operation: Run bottling line machinery to ensure smooth, efficient production flow
• Quality Focus: Monitor products throughout the bottling process to maintain our high-quality standards
• Material Handling: Move products and materials (up to 37 lbs) to support continuous production
• Multi-Station Training: Rotate between different line positions hourly, building diverse skills and preventing repetitive strain
• Food Safety Compliance: Maintain strict personal hygiene and cleanliness standards required in food production
• Safety Leadership: Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a secure work environment

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Strong physical stamina for standing throughout shift and repetitive tasks
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring
• Sharp attention to detail for quality control
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset and reliability
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing needs
