Our client is looking to hire a Dispatcher.

 

Responsibilities of the Dispatcher include:

• Take incoming customer calls
• Scheduling and Coordinate deliveries and pick ups
• Dispatching Trucks
• Prepare customs paperwork
• Data Entry of Billing and Invoices
• Prepare all paperwork

Requirements of the Dispatcher include:

• 1-2 years’ Experience in Dispatching
• Knowledge of MS Office, TMS experience
• Advanced Customer Service Skills
• Detail Orientated and Ability to Multi-task
•  

Compensation and Hours of the Dispatcher include:

• must be available to work all three shifts
• Pay Range : $20-$25 Depending on experience
