Welder

Located in Neenah, WI

Salary: $25.00/HR

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pm

Pay: $25.00/HR

Duties:

• Fabricate metal parts by cutting, forming, drilling, welding, grinding, deburring, and sanding

• Operate fabrication equipment including bandsaws, drill presses, torches, welders, plasma cutters, lasers, press brakes, tube benders, rolls, and custom-made forms/fixtures

• Perform MIG welding (required) and TIG or other welding processes (preferred)

• Read and interpret instructions, schedules, technical drawings, and fabrication documents

• Ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts through measurement and inspection

• Maintain tools, machines, and work areas in safe and efficient condition

• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company standards on shop and job sites

• Work in varied environments including indoor shops and outdoor job sites

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in MIG welding; TIG and other welding processes a plus

• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and equipment operation

• Basic math skills, including ability to read tape measures and calipers accurately

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and production documents

• Physical capability to stand, stoop, kneel, reach, lift, and climb ladders/stairs

• Willingness to work in extreme temperatures and diverse environments (shop, indoor, outdoor)

• Attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and ability to meet deadlines

• Team-oriented with good communication skills
