Express Employment Professionals in Valdosta, GA is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team! The Front Office Coordinator (FOC) is often the first impression of Express — both in person and on the phone. This position supports daily front-office operations, candidate flow, and office appearance, and contributes to achieving the recruiting team's overall goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors and applicants in a positive, professional manner
- Answer and direct multi-line phone system calls
- Monitor/respond to daily online applications & forward to recruiting staff
- Administer skills evaluations & assist with applicant onboarding steps
- Maintain clean, organized and professional front office environment
- Provide support to staffing team as needed to meet office goals
Technical Skills
- Multi-line phone experience
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook & calendar management)
- Typing minimum: 40 wpm
- Basic math
- Strong verbal & written communication
