Express Employment Professionals in Valdosta, GA is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team! The Front Office Coordinator (FOC) is often the first impression of Express — both in person and on the phone. This position supports daily front-office operations, candidate flow, and office appearance, and contributes to achieving the recruiting team's overall goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all visitors and applicants in a positive, professional manner
  • Answer and direct multi-line phone system calls
  • Monitor/respond to daily online applications & forward to recruiting staff
  • Administer skills evaluations & assist with applicant onboarding steps
  • Maintain clean, organized and professional front office environment
  • Provide support to staffing team as needed to meet office goals

Technical Skills

  • Multi-line phone experience
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook & calendar management)
  • Typing minimum: 40 wpm
  • Basic math
  • Strong verbal & written communication

Education / Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
