Salary: $32-$38 an hour

We are currently recruiting for an high caliber Office Manager role in Port Coquitlam. This is a Full-Time & Permanent role at a large commercial manufacturer.

This is a new role to support the growth of their company and reports directly to the Managing Director.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of extensive office managerial/administrator/executive assistant experience within the construction, engineering or related industry
• Post-secondary education/University degree is required
• Proficient with cloud-based software such as Basecamp is an asset
• Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Reflect longevity in past employment
• Self-motivated, professional & strong ability to work independently
• Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills: written & verbal
• Employment References & Triton Background checks will be conducted upon further consideration of a candidates

Duties:

• Provide administrative support to office staff & multiple project teams
• Coordinate & schedule equipment, permits and other project requirements
• Liaise with vendors & suppliers for office & project needs
• Process & maintain documentation, records & reports
• Assist with basic project coordinating tasks
• Prepare & edit correspondence, reports & spreadsheets
• Manage executive calendars, schedules & general office communications
• Support the implementation & use of digital & cloud-based tools
