Our client—a well-established company in Lincoln, NE—is seeking a reliable and motivated Fabrication General Laborer to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in metal fabrication, assembly, production, and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, presses, and drills
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished parts throughout the production floor
• Prepare, hang, and inspect parts for painting or powder coating
• Support paint line operations (cleaning, masking, racking)
• Conduct visual and dimensional quality checks on fabricated parts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Collaborate with team members and assist other departments as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or paint line work is a plus (we’re willing to train the right candidate!)
• Ability to read and follow basic work instructions and measurements
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand/move for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
