NOW HIRING – Warehouse Associate (1st Shift)
📍 Uniondale, IN | 💰 $16–$18/hour | 🕐 1st Shift

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a client in Uniondale, IN. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has a strong attention to detail, and is ready to grow with a dynamic company!

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks and trailers

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently

• Receive incoming materials and verify against packing slips

• Report any discrepancies in received shipments

• Store materials in designated warehouse locations

• Pick and/or assemble materials for outbound deliveries

• Verify shipment accuracy before loading

• Communicate with supervisor if items are missing or cannot be located

• Learn materials and processes related to the industry

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, pulling)

• Forklift experience required

• Strong counting and basic math skills (must be able to count to 100)

• Experience in shipping, receiving, and material handling

• Willingness to cross-train and adapt to changing business needs
