What We’re Looking For
•     Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in packaging or related manufacturing
•     Experience with SQF / Food Safety Programs is required
•     Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
•     Strong written and verbal communication skills
•     Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Key Responsibilities
•     Prepare and analyze daily production data and performance reports
•     Supervise and direct a team of up to 25+ employees across various roles (Bottle Packers, Material Handlers, Quality Technicians, Mechanics)
•     Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Warehouse, Customer Service, HR, and Plant Management
•     Ensure accurate documentation and traceability of production paperwork
•     Identify and report unsafe conditions; promote a safe work environment
•     Train and onboard employees on your shift
•     Manage production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing labor and overtime costs
•     Review and calculate employee timecards using Paychex
•     Provide coaching, discipline, and performance evaluations in coordination with HR
•     Be hands-on and willing to work the line when needed to support your team
