Our client in Cedar Rapids, IA is looking for a Customer Service Representative!

Key Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to members for booking services.
• Gather accurate information, maintain data integrity, schedule inspections, and manage membership renewals.
• Minimum of 15 contacts per hour, including calls and chats.
• Make outbound calls for inspection scheduling, membership renewals, voicemail return calls, online requests, and other follow-ups (e.g., BBB, email, social media).
• Contact current members 3 times to schedule inspections, within 2-3 weeks of each other.
• Dismiss inspection attempts after 3 calls.
• Maintain notes on all communications for scheduling and follow-ups.
• Contact members 30 days prior to expiration to renew.
• Maintain weekly reports for renewal calls and log notes on all communications.
• Handle web scheduler bookings, BBB inquiries, email requests, and social media inquiries.
• Secure card information for non-billable companies during booking.
• Mail invoices and estimates to customers.
• Correct bad emails and delete expired credit cards.
• Update accounts for new owners.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills for answering calls and making bookings.
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry and scheduling.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, including calls, chats, and follow-ups.
• Excellent customer service skills for handling inquiries and requests.
• Organizational skills to track communications and manage schedules.
• Sales skills to encourage membership renewals and upsell services.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet contact and sales targets.
• Comfortable with technology, including web schedulers and CRM systems.
• Accurate data entry and updating of customer and payment information.
• Ability to manage customer accounts, including billing and updates.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines and manage tasks.

Hours:

• 7:30am – 4:30pm

Pay:

• $16.00/hour
