We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations and ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to building maintenance and infrastructure
• Maintain exterior grounds and perform basic landscaping and property maintenance
• Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for janitorial, repair, and facilities maintenance services
• Oversee small-scale renovations and industrial maintenance technician projects
• Track maintenance requests and generate operational reports
• Respond to emergency facility issues (e.g., HVAC failures, leaks, outages) during and outside regular hours
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or in a similar facilities maintenance role
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with building codes, safety protocols, and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently and respond to on-call needs during evenings and weekends

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
• On-call availability required for evenings and weekends
• Pay up to $22/hour based on experience
