Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter with product selection and order fulfillment
• Provide accurate information on HVAC products, parts, and supplies
• Process sales transactions using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain organized and stocked shelves and displays
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order delivery
• Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims professionally
• Build relationships with repeat customers and provide exceptional service
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Support outside sales team with customer insights and inventory updates

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• 1–2 years of experience in counter sales, customer service, or HVAC industry preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or POS system
