Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

• Lead, train, and support the sanitation team on GMPs, SSOPs, and all plant safety procedures

• Perform and oversee daily cleaning tasks and the master sanitation schedule

• Conduct employee reviews, provide coaching, and verify documentation accuracy

• Manage sanitation supplies, maintain SDS records, and oversee waste compactor operations

• Ensure the facility meets all cleanliness, food safety, and compliance standards

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

• Leadership experience in sanitation or food manufacturing preferred

• Strong understanding of food safety, cleaning chemicals, and documentation practices

• Comfortable working in wet, humid, or variable-temperature production environments

• Full-Time | $24/hr

• Monday–Friday (with occasional weekend needs)
