Press Brake Operator / CNC Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Delaware, OH Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1st Shift
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator and CNC Machine Operator to join a growing light industrial manufacturing team in Marion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating press brake and CNC machinery, reading blueprints, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient production flow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate press brake and CNC machines to bend, form, punch, or cut metal components according to specifications.
Set up machines by selecting and installing the proper tools, dies, and programs.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in production.
Inspect parts during and after production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform machine adjustments and basic maintenance as needed to maintain proper operation.
Monitor workflow and report material shortages, equipment issues, or process concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all company and safety procedures.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience operating press brake and/or CNC machinery in a manufacturing or light industrial setting.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Basic understanding of machine setup and programming adjustments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent work ethic, reliability, and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
