Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Bus Assistant. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during transportation. The Bus Assistant will work closely with the driver to provide support and maintain a positive environment on the bus.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist children with boarding and exiting the bus safely.
  • Ensure all children are seated and secured before departure.
  • Maintain a safe environment during transit.
  • Communicate effectively with the driver and other staff.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
  • Be able to work Monday-Thursday 6:45am-9:45am & 12:45pm-3:45pm, 1 Friday a month.
